Welcome to Beyond Recovery: The Three Day Event (hereafter, "Event"). By registering for and participating in this Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Event Description
The Event is designed to help participants move beyond a mindset of limitation and experience more freedom, happiness, and success in their lives, regardless of their current stage in the recovery journey.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to providing support and resources to facilitate personal growth and transformation, we cannot guarantee specific results. Personal transformation requires dedication, hard work, and perseverance on the part of each participant.
3. Participant Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and well-being during and after the Event. We encourage participants to seek additional professional support as needed and to take an active role in their personal development.
4. Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle refund requests equitably on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be granted when reasonable, considering individual situations. Participants requesting a refund should contact us directly to discuss their specific circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event, its organizers, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Event organizers from any claims or liabilities related to their participation.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your participation in the Event and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Changes to the Terms of Service

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of La Plata County, Colorado.
